Through the booking form we receive your first name, last name, phone number and chosen service. This data is used solely to contact you and arrange an appointment time.

How we use it

The data is processed by the clinic coordinator. We do not pass it to third parties except where required by Ukrainian law.

Retention period

Requests are stored for as long as needed to provide medical services and maintain medical records.
